So far there are 10  potential buyers. The mortgage for this home is ONLY 775,000 a month.

Brian Foxworth , can little SISS get approved for that much?  I want this or maybe you will be a good BIG BRO and buy it for me?

To all you Realtors out there, what is the commision on a 155 million dollar home?

That way too much stuff for me.  The commission on that will be determined on the percentage rate negotiated, when you are dealing with that much money sometimes there is a flat fee.

Jennifer_ wonder how much of a flat fee!  I would want at least a few million ( if I were the Realtor)
