Attracting Tenants or not?

Sometimes, it's not just about attracting tenants, but keeping others away.

yup, but its dificult to keep others away without crossing the line, everything needs to be political correct this days.

A very true statement.  I had a friend that was having trouble with renters in a quad unit.  Couldn't get good renters.  I told him to raise the rent 25% and offer some incentives. He had his unit rented right away and witha quality renter.  New arrangements were made with the other renters and things are good now.
