During the month of February 2008 there were twelve newly marketed properties with an average price of $241,425.00. The lowest priced property is a manufactured home with an asking price of $59,900.00. The highest priced property is a Raised Ranch with an asking price of $385,000.00.
Two properties went under contract with an average asking price of $254,950.00 and these properties were on the market for an average of 141 days.
Two properties Transfered Title with an average asking price of $237,450.00 and an actual closed average of $227,750.00 these properties had been on the market for an average of 162 days.
Four properties expired from the market with an average asking price of $347,075.00 and they were on the market for an average of 200 days
Franklin Boro., NJonce a small mining and farm town, Franklin Boro. has grow by leaps and bounds but, still offers fresh air and a country atmosphere.
