  • There were 35 home sales that closed in February                                                    
  • The average list price was $112,717
  • The highest list price was $299,000 & the lowest was $23,500
  • The average sale price of those 35 transactions was $105,381
  • The average total days on the market was 208
  • 41 homes went under contract and are marked pending for the month of February.

 Of those 35 closed transactions, 16 were bank owned & 2 were water front. 

    ST. CLAIR SHORES MARKET REPORT FOR February 2008 - CONDOMINIUMS 

  • There were 10 condo sales that closed in February.
  • The average list price was $71,072
  • The highest list price was $149,900 & the lowest was $30,000
  • The average sale price of those 10 transactions was $64,340
  • The average total days on the market was 209
  • condos went under contract and are marked pending for the month of February.
  • 3 of the 10 closed condos were bank owned.
