There are several reasons why sales have slowed up in the past year.  I wonder if the current campaign has people unsure whether to buy or not.  I think it is clear without taking sides that that the possible candidates will be on different sides of the political sprectum.

So I wonder if this contributes to a "wait and see' attitude.  Your thoughts please.

I think a lot of people have the wait and see... But there has never been a better time to buy, and I think if we can just communicate this to our buyers, and show them the FACTS about interest rates now, etc, tey will come around.
