Yes I was!  With the help of my Licensed assistant and Buyers agent I was negotiating a contract at my desk, posting pictures to my website while getting feedback on showings over the weekend and showing a house across town.

Whew am I tired!  My assistant just became licensed and I just hired my first buyers agent recently.  I find that I can be so much more efficient and effective.  My licensed assistant can now discuss and answer any questions for other agents about my listings and when a buyer calls and wants to see a listing immediately my buyers agent can show the house to them if I am unable to.  This is so great and  I feel that I am giving my sellers even greater service!  With three of us all ready to go at any time.

I think that when the market breaks this spring I will be able to really be everywhere that I need to be and get these listings moved!

You bet! Now we just have to get used to eachothers routines and we will be all set!  I am working on duties list  this week.  I am a freak about having job lists for everyone--to keep us organized.

Great post on being three places at once. I want to do that too! I just wrote a blog on licensed assistants, asking how best to compensate them. Can you share some of your successes and failures from your personal experiences?
