Payson Market Report

I've posted Market Statistics, now, for December, January, and February for Payson. I'm beginning to feel like putting "See last Month". Basically, there are too many homes on the market, at too high prices, too few sales, and things aren't changing. The rental market, however remains good for mid-range properties.

Hi Leslie,

Ha, we've seen a lot of similarities ourselves in our SoCal market. I've been doing market reports for my neighboring cities, they all run together here. However it does appear the activity has certainly picked up in Jan. We've sure seen a lot more offers coming and going. It will be interesting to see if the numbers in the next 60 (or so) days bear this out.

That's good to hear, that activity is picking up somewhat for you. Our market in Payson (AZ) depends for sales on buyers who come, largely, from S. California, the Las Vegas area, and the Phoenix area. AWe aren't going to pick up here until the markets in those areas get better. Until they can sell there they can't come here and buy.
