Princeton home buyers who were holding out for a special home to come on the market - your wish is fulfilled. What makes a home special are four things: location, amenities, condition and price. Many homes have some, but few have them all. When you find a home that has all four, most likely you found a great value. This home has them all.
I meet many buyers who want to be close to Princeton downtown, because of the Public Library, Palmer square shops, restaurants, and the downtown scene, but find that the lots are smaller, houses are older, and traditional colonials are not many.
There are other buyers, who want peace and quiet, but find homes too far from the town. This home has a the unique location - few miles and a healthy walk from town, on a serene cul-de-sac street. There are only few houses on the street, and the sales are infrequent (the last one in 2002).
The sense of tranquility is the first thing you would feel when you come to this street. The home is a traditional colonial surrounded by magnificent trees and landscaping. Inside you will find spaces for everyone and everything: updated kitchen and baths; large formal rooms, Family room with cathedral ceilings, skylights and fireplace, office, four bedrooms, finished basement, and much more. This home is in a move-in condition.

Finally, let's talk about the price. I still see many homes that are priced too high for this market. Not this home- it is offered at $849,000. The last time a house sold on this street was in 2002, and it was listed for $50,000 more.
I personally don't like "sales pitches", and what I described is what I see in this home, without hype and exaggeration. Please visit and let me know, if you agree. For a private showing please call 609 -553-4175. You can see more photos here.
