For Leo and I many of our referrals come from builders. We try to help our friends in many ways, whether it's translating for buyers, giving tips, or even setting days to go out for lunch together. Thanks to this builder we were offered to speak about D.R Horton for Hot On Houston which gave us free T.V publicity! Photobucket

Speaking another language is always a plus; our builder friends usually call one of us to help translate. We're always happy to help buyers; even if the home doesn't meet there requirements we always keep in touch and help them find that perfect home.

Building relationships with builders is great, not only do you make wonderful friends, but at the same time you open another door for business to come your way.

That's pretty cool. It's tough in this neck of the woods breaking through with builders, but it hasn't  stopped me from trying.
