As The Spring Market Arrives, rates continue to Mystify

March through the end of June are typically the busiest time of year here in the west Hartford real estate market.  It's all about the kids!  As the end of the school year draws closer, we can all think about moving to a new school, confident that September will bring an inevitable adjustment to a new situation.

This year, the market remains decidedly buyer-oriented, in my view.  the only wrinkle is now the interest rates which have risen from their February 5's back into the low to mid 6's.

This is not the end of the world, but may serve to weed out the less determined folks.

Please give me a call if you are buying or selling in West hartford this Spring.  I am confident my experience and favorable fee structure will work to calm your nerves while saving you money.  I am fortunate to be connected with many high quality real estate and loan pros and can make an appropriate recommendations no matter what your situation.  I hope to speak with you soon!

I actually thought that in my area 2008 was going to be a good year, but with the interest rates going up and down I'm not so sure anymore. If Realtors are mystified imagine buyers.
