Paradise Valley is best described as the"OLD HOLLYWOOD" of Arizona. The homeowners find real estate in this city so desirable. Paradise Valley is centrally located to the airport, shopping and numerous restaurants and entertainment. The town was originally zoned years ago, minimum 1 acre lots which gives homeowners a feel similar to living in the country.
