Is there anyone out there that can help me with financing.  We are having extreme trouble finding financing for a fantastic McMansion that my clients just can't live without.

Please help us figure out how to put this package together.  I can tell you it won't be easy but I think if we can find a way we might find the secret to affordable housing!!!

Ryan - Shoot, that's no problem at all.  I can get your clients a blanket mortgage at a fixed rate of somewhere in the 4's and close in 7 business days.  Email me at jsardi@fullofcrapola.com to get started:-)

I know a guy that will do it in 3 days weekends included.  Rate is in the 3 to low 4's.  As far as income verification.  We will just wait for them to win the lottery

That is an awesome picture...was that taken in NC?  :)

It may have been takin in NC.....I can tell you one thing, I was really hoping for a 5 day close and a fixed 2.5% rate.....but I suppose the sub prime issues have brought that fixed rate back up to 4%.  Damn those lending standards!!

I'm sorry, I had to post this, it made me laugh too hard not to.

Ryan - I 'know a guy' so getting you that 5 day close and 2.5% fixed rate shouldn't be a problem.  What I will need is my standard application fee of $12,498 Danish Krone to proceed.  Of course this will be refundable to you at closing:-)
