Hello everyone out there,

Just starting out in real estate can be a daunting task.  Not just because of the monetary commitment but also because of the countless hours you will spend creating and finding your niche in the market.  It may seem as though you will never reach the level of expertise that more senior realtors have achieved.  Remember they were new at one time and they can probably remember how hard it was, that is if you can pin one down long enough to talk with you.  Just remember that everyone has to start somewhere and the best reference source for a new agent are the very realtors who have made it!  I think everyone would agree that it is easier to model after succesful people than trying to create a new model to follow!
