The agents job is to provide answers to those dreams, with professional images that look like their dream - when you pick-up a "House & Homes" magazine you only see perfect images, they plan it that way - just the way that potential clients plan their dreams! When you provide those perfect images, when these clients find you - then these are the clients you want! They have found you because you helped them define their dreams. These are the clients who are qualifying themselves for you, saving a lot of valuable time. These are the clients who are more likely can afford and to buy your property! "The California Association of REALTORS® found that homebuyers are becoming more Web-savvy and invest significant time investigating the housing market and financing options before contacting a REALTOR®. A full 78 percent of Internet homebuyers reportedly found their Realtor® on the Internet-not as a result of farming, referrals, advertising or sign calls-and 23 percent of Internet homebuyers found the type of house they wanted on the Internet."
