We have AMAZING Sunsets along the Wasatch Front. I was all excited about capturing one on camera the other night. I have discover that my camera will not take a proper sunset photo. But it did create something beautiful that I wanted to share. There was a car that drove by at the same time that created the light streak.

Wasatch Front Sunset

If anyone can recommend a camera that takes night photo...please let me know!!! Thanks!!!

Debbie - I can recommend a good camera, but if you are used to point and shoot photography, there is a learning curve. Costco has the Canon Rebel XTi right now with 2 IMAGE STABILIXATION lenses for about a thousand dollars. I bought the camera when it just came with 1 kit lens that doesn't have image stabilization. If you want to get into photography, it is a very good pro/am entry camera. As I said, it will take some getting used to if you aren't familiar with SLR photography.

You can also use photoshop or photoshop elements to see if you can bring back some of the colors that are missing.

By the way, if you don't want to spend that much, I'll trade my kit lens to you for the two IS lenses and I'll pay you $400. You keep the new camera body and other accessories. This offer is good for anybody (and you can delete this post after reading it). Thanks.
