The Obeo SpaceDesigner is very easy to use-just drag and drop furniture icons into your floorplan. You can angle and rotate the furniture, as well. We can use an Adobe PDF document to create the floorplan.

I've used Obeo for my virtual tours and have found it productive, their professional photographers excellent, and their floor plan tool is a real hit. They have a great system for generating leads and monitoring tour activity. I just wish they could integrate their data with our local MLS so that we didn't have to re-enter all the listing information ... but you have that same issue with all VT sites.

Thank you very much for you kind words, recognition fo the value in our produ cts-but most importantly your personal praise of our photographers. Without them, Obeo would be nothing.

The MLS integration issue is one that will be solved in the t two years, nationally, I think, and in Wisconsin, my home territory, we are working on WIREX, a unified data feed of all MLS in the state.

The data mapping is done and being checked for WIREX. Arguably, we may be the first state in the nation that integrates "all" MLS data and distributes it statewide.

Until the end of the year and maybe a bit longer outside of Wisconsin, the MLS integration issue will continue to be a bit of a bugaboo.
