Active Listings 91 Asking prices between $65,000 and $995,000 w/Avg price of 356,593
Pending Listings 6 Asking prices between $229,000 and $879,000 w/Avg price of $577,000
Sold Listings 7 Sale prices between $249,000 and $965,000 w/avg price of $464,285
Average DOM for solds averaged 173
Sales averaged 97% of asking price
