Gran Apertura!!!

Freddy Guerra of Birmingham, Alabama has introduced our brand to Alabama. A Grand Opening Fiesta was held on Saturday March 1st. Over 120 people attended the festivities, not counting the staff of two local Latino radio stations who were broadcasting live from the parking lot. Freddy was formerly a co-owner of a successful independent agency in Birmingham.

The current team of 5 includes his cousin, Realtor Martin Ramos, a very successful and well known local real estate pro, Randy Boswell, a broker with over three decades of experience under his belt, Randy Boswell III, a "just back from service" Iraq war veteran, and Blanca Juarez, a newly licensed agent. Now that the Grand Opening is behind them, Freddy and the team will begin an aggressive recruiting campaign. It is anticipated that this office will attain a commanding market share by mid-summer.
