Home stagers
I am curious as to whether more agents are using or considering using home stagers to sell their listings. If you do, how much do you estimate it has helped?

I inspected a home yesterday that was beautifully done. Considering there were two little children living in the home, either the mom had spent time learning how to stage a home, or she brought someone in. I wish she had been there so I could have asked her.

We provide some staging counsel to our clients and have recommended stagers for more extensive projects. I have always maintained that it is money well spent as the home shows so much better.

I just hosted a three day event for a staging caompany here in Arizona and here are some video responses i got after the second day.
I have to tell you after 3 day i was blown away and have a new respect for this, I would tell every agent this is something to look into and you will not be disappointed.

My opinion of course does'nt count here because I am too biased being a Home Stager in Raleigh, NC, but I may forward this question on to the Realtors, Builders and Homeowners I have worked with and they can share you their own experiences.

We have not used professional staging services in the past. I'd be curious to hear from other custom builders with projects under $350K, which is where we are focusing right now. Is staging cost effective? What is the response? Is this something just for model homes?
