Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have implemented some new fees to the loans they guarantee, and they are placing more focus on the credit score than ever before.  These new guidelines are designed to reduce the risk of loan default. Click here to listen and learn more about these changes.

These changes are going to affect thousands of American home buyers as they will see their financing fees increase.  This is just the beginning of further increased of fees for borrowers due to the lending crisis.  Lenders will try and recoup losses from new loans and borrowers.
