Whenever I hear the news people talking or when I read about their perspectives on the Real Estate Market or the economy or whatever topic they act like they have all the answers about, I remember the source. These are people who are paid to daily publish a story that will attract the public's attention. They talk about the politicians being able to spin stories to give them an advantage, and sometimes it may be true, but look at who is calling the kettle you know what. I think they are more influential upon public opinion than they could imagine and I also believe that easily influenced public opinion is more influential upon the markets and economy than anyone could imagine. It is almost like we get what we believe we have and almost will it into being with our perspective of how it should be. Guarding our perspective should be a public awareness campaign by the media to help prevent them from being so negatively influential upon life in our society, is my opinion. Unfortunately, that would be like shooting themselves in the foot and will never happen. So my perspective is all I can guard and I hope and pray that others will do the same.

Steve, very well said ... "It is almost like we get what we believe we have and almost will it into being with our perspective of how it should be."
So many agents that I know have such negativity about the market right now and they can't sell a house for anything. Yet several agents I know have positive attitudes and they are doing quite well. Its like the saying I've heard a few times that "The market is between your ears." These last four months have been amongst my busiest ever. Good Luck in your business.
Lisa, you are so positive I thank you for your response. My point perfectly understood and confirmed, the more you protect your perspective, the better your attitude and life. You got it and I love it, it is so true!
