For everyone out there, Tempe is an awesome area! Clean, wide streets and very centrally located keeping all parts of the Phoenix Metropolitan area close. If you're thinking about buying a second home or an investment property in Arizona. A sure safe bet is Tempe! It truly is beautiful and I don't ever want to move.
