IN FORECLOSURE, BANK OWNED, IN SHORT SALE STATUS, EMPTY, VACANT, and all of these homes are bringing the VALUE of

YOUR HOME

LOWER AND LOWER!

We have a 4+ almost 5 Year Glut on Homes here.

Yes, the Over-SUPPLY of homes in Palm Beach County is lowering your WEALTH!

Less Wealth!

Less Wealth, Less County Supported Activities.

Wait! Less County Activities? Less Wealth?

Maybe we should stop new home building.

HOW DO WE STOP NEW HOME BUILDING?

Call your County Supervisor, Call your elected Officials!

DEMAND THE STOP OF NEW HOMES IN THIS OVER-SUPPLIED COUNTY!

Same applies to Martin and St. Lucie Counties,,,,and so forth!

I have never been so dissapointed as I am with all the folks that have viewed this post.

Are you losing wealth? If not, Can you spare a dime?

I see no one is offering me a dime!

And no one is responding to my post. If you are a homeowner, and you are concerned, make your voice heard with the County Supervisors!

Stop New Home Builders from cutting prices on homes in Palm Beach County!

Stop the addition to SUPPLY!

Wait, wait,,,you must be hearing about how New Home Builders are not doing well. There is truth here, but, the New Home Builders are still selling, just 5 to 7 months out. At Deeply Discounted prices, while your neighboors are suffering. Your neighboors cannot sell their homes because the New Home Builders are short selling their homes!
