After putting the information together about how bad the month of January was in loacl zip codes, I am happy to report that my listing at 4703 Vrestview has gone under contract in under a week! After an amazingopen house with over 200 visitors we presented contracts(yes multiples) last night and the sellers accepted one!

The location was awesome!
The preparation was awesome! Following my initial meeting with my client they stuck to their pre-market to do list and was ready for the public on Open house day! They did all of the preparation to make the home shine and it was noticed by the buyers.
The expectations were in line with todays market, my clients took the time to review all of the market comps and see that market that was happening around them, today!
