There are 535 South Jordan homes for sale on the Wasatch Front MLS this Wednesday morning. Thirty three of those are Condominiums.
The reason I know that, is because I've been up before the sun looking for a house in the South Jordan area for a good client from Sandy Ut. The family wants to take advantage of the current Utah Real Estate market, and possibly move up in terms of home ownership and try to buy a Distressed or delinquent property. Those houses are not difficult to find, I just type in Bank Owned, Foreclosure, Short Sale, HUD, Third party approval, or REO and up pops the list of all of the houses in these categories available in South Jordan.
You get a lot of other stuff too, that you might find interesting about homes for sale in the South Valley.
Of the 535 houses for sale, 41 are Bank Owned, or Short Sales.
Twelve of the forty one are homes for sale in Daybreak.
There are 106 houses under contract in South Jordan.
Nine of those are Condominiums, or Town-Homes.
South Jordan homes under contract range from $259 thousand to $744 thousand.
Keep in mind that this information doesn't include FSBOs (homes for sale by owners) or New Construction. ( new homes offered in model homes by builders agents). Many of these could fall into the short sale category. It looks like I should be able to find them something.
