The family wants to take advantage of the current Utah Real Estate market, and possibly move up in terms of home ownership and try to buy a Distressed or delinquent property. Those houses are not difficult to find, I just type in Bank Owned, Foreclosure, Short Sale, HUD, Third party approval, or REO and up pops the list of all of the houses in these categories available in South Jordan.

Keep in mind that this information doesn't include FSBOs (homes for sale by owners) or New Construction. ( new homes offered in model homes by builders agents). Many of these could fall into the short sale category. It looks like I should be able to find them something.
