About me:

  Honest, knowledgeable and reliable are Dan's hallmarks.  Known for his 'Dan De Service' pledge since the 1970's, he has bought and sold, managed and been involved with both residential and commercial properties.  He brings a vast knowledge to the table.  Dan also brings the human touch to the transaction because he knows about both sides.  You are going to want, and appreciate, everything Dan does to make sure everything goes smoothly whether you are buying your first home, or selling the home that has so many memories with it.  Pricing, marketing, financing, appraising, negotiating, and so much more are involved.  Trust Dan when it's REALLY important.
