Michigan has a lot to offer. Not to sound cliche' but Michigan's foreclosure rate is at an all time high. There are so many programs for people to own a home, get in a home, and build credit. As long as there is a certain degree of poverty there will always be options for help, especially in foreclosure or just in the housing market in general.

A group of small investors are working with HUD and they have developed a program for senior citizens to OWN a home for nearly free! If you have bad credit and/or are in foreclosure, there is a way to own a home with 40% equity in it and have a mortgage with 6% interest, no monthly payment! The investors that work with HUD in this positive program buy homes in bulk. They do bulk buys from mortgage company asset managers and REO agents for 10-20 cents on the dollar!! Limited info, but if you want to know more about this program, email me at masonrealty@gmail.com or ask my partner Mark Maupin through active rain or N.R.E.N.

As long as there is a certain degree of poverty, there is a certain degree of Government aide. It is NOT cliché', people just need to research a little. It can make a BIG difference in our city!
