Get Into The Real Estate Game!

We are seeing a huge interest in properties all over the Bay Area expressed by potential buyers who have been waiting to see if this is the bottom of the market. If it's not the bottom, we are close. Rates are low and could potentially go up even if the feds reduce the rates again. Sometimes this can affect the rates to the general buying public n a negative way bringing the consumer rates up. There are currently areas of Contra Costa County that are seeing home prices down approximately 45% from '05. That means that you can almost purchase a home in these areas for less than it would take a builder to build the home. Here are some great reasons to buy now!
