1st Time Home Buyers Seminar

More now than ever we need to reach out to 1st time home buyers and start counseling them on the process of home buying. The mortgages are getting harder to come by for the average client and I believe that teaching potential buyers what to expect before they start looking is key. I am interested in hosting a 1st time buyers seminar in local resource center and was wondering if anyone out there has a Power Point presentation or at least outline they would be willing to share for a 1st time home buyers seminar? I would be interested in that myself. I have been toying with the idea for quiet some time now. An outline would be great.

I don't have a presentation to offer, but this is a great concept Stacey.. I have many first time homebuyers that are in need of an education before they start shopping.. Good luck with your seminar! Hope all is well in Boiling!

I am in the process of developing one and would like some basic feedback, I cater to people wanting to make a decision on a home with an investment mindset. Anyone who would like to see it is welcome to contact me and give me some feedback.

So far no one has anything they are willing to share, so I guess I will try to put one together and then get some feedback from everybody. Geoff, I would be happy to look at what you have and give feedback, but I think from what you have said it may be geared for a different group of buyers.
