How to do a bpo? I came across this video of an agent doing an interior broker price opinion. He makes some good observations. I would hate to do this BPO. I hope he was paid more then $100 to do this one. With time its possible to learn how to do bpo s very fast. Enjoy.

Very interesting post. I get BPO's ordered on all of my short sales and NEVER understood where they get their values from. Very similar to an appraisal no?

I think in a short sale they generaly get one drive by bpo when they receive the first offer; and as more time goes by they get an interior bpo. Its cheaper and faster.
