Buyers Buyers Everywhere

It has been a wonderful week in Real Estate. Buyers seem to be coming out of the woodwork and putting offers on homes. In the last 5 days I submitted 3 different offers for 3 different clients. A few of the homes had House multiple offers on them, AND one home had over 10 offers on it. Can you believe it? Who ever said the market was SLOW didn't talk to Real Estate agents this week.

This is great news for the market. Hopefully it will mean that our inventory in Prince William County will go down a bit.

So if you are looking to buy a home in Prince William County now is definitely the time to buy. Home prices have come down considerably and there are some wonderful deals out there.

Good work, now spread the news around the office and around the world start the mindset and the market change to it being a great market and things have turned around - fast and hard

I think there is a pent up demand..........business is picking up here as well......

Count your lucky stars, and be frugal. It's hard to know how tough the year might be. (We've noticed a pickup here in San Diego too.)

Eric, We have a board in our office with all the sales and it was completely filled up on the sale side that we had to add another page. So wonderful to see.

Julie- I think so too. Hopefully it will continue.

John, I learned that early on but trying to keep positive.

Hopefully as the weather warms here in MN, so will the sales.
