The Phones were Ringing

Today was a very busy day. Business seemed to keep me hopping. This is a good thing. I'm sure my seller clients would agree. It has been a few months of to much idle time.
Is real estate taking a slight upward turn? I certainly hope, that would be a dream come true. Has any one else noticed a change. I hope it last.
I'd love to hear from you.

Pat, it seems to me that some of the buyers are coming out of their winter hibernation caves..

I too have noticed more things selling. Things are finally picking up, I'm hoping prices will stabilize and more buyers will get off the fence.

definately a lot of buyers looking but still a challenge to get them off the fence...

Our market is certainly heating up. I've been spending more and more time out of the office and more and more time listing as well as working with buyers. Our home buying seminar on Saturday is fully registered with 100 people. I think we're heading for a pretty busy spring market.

Pat: I am happy to report that things are definitely picking up in our neck of the woods! Looks like the Spring thaw is just around the corner!

Our piers are not as daft as the media seems to think they are. People will always have to have a place to live. If what the media says is true...it's a buyer's market. If you're a smart buyer then now is the time you pull out your checkbook...it's no science, it's psychology! Go get it girl. Later in the rain~Deb
