Well I went to a seminar which helped me some.  The guy was very pushy about his paid seminar on March 20.  He was actually insulting to us if we didn't sign up.  I didn't because I am on a plane during the seminar.  After reminding us how important it is to remember the balance of family and real estate he told me to cancel my trip.  that really annoyed me.  He also wouldn't stop asking the same question if we didn't say yes (to whatever the question was).  I noticed 1/2 the people left at the break.   He did if some good points however so the free seminar was worth going to.  When I got back to the office I caught up on paperwork.  This evening I actually called a bunch of my leads and I made a couple of appointments.  He also gave me some ideas about how to get houses before they are in foreclosure.  I work very hard on my short sales and would like to get them earlier.  Of course like all seminar people he didn't seem to care about the client just the agent.  I give good value because I do what it takes for my buyers and sellers.  I am not pushy.  I will still be here in a year when they are ready to buy,  By the way for only $425 you got the all day 360 seminar, a free web setup/activation, 3 weeks web hosting plus a CD of some top producers.  Probably a good deal but I still am going to my cousins wedding in Washington, DC.
