What a gorgeous home. You couldn't get a home that nice in my area for that price. Depending on where it was in my county it would be anyware from 340k-450k. And at those prices it wouldn't last long on the market!
One suggestion from me would be to take down the deer head. That is something that dosen't appeal to all buyers and you don't want that to be the thing they remember about the property. The house looks clean and uncluttered for the most part and I like it.
The picture of the formal living room is gorgeous. I love the stairway. Is there a way to get a brighter picture without the glare from the chandelier?

Debbie: The house hasn't sold, it is off the market. I wasn't sure how else to label it. I'd love to be able to put sold on it.
"off market" behind the address works perfect in my opinion.
