The overall message is a good one, having been said probably hundreds of times by hundreds of speakers. I didn't find any inspiration in this particular one, and had a hard time focusing my attention to it, and kept drifting off in thought. In a word: mundane.

I have been to many Steven Covey lectures and even had him as an organizational behavior teacher in college. at BYU. You leave feeling like you can do it!

Interesting video. However, I think that is why it is good to have a "Mission Statement". He did make some good points about getting all team members to buy in and how they can help.

I'm glad Active Rain has begun the video segments... nice added touch!
