Each day that I wake up in my home located in Ewa Beach, Hawaii I realize that I am lucky not only to live in Ewa Beach but also because I live in Hawaii.

My family and I are firm beleivers in real estate in Ewa Beach and always introduce this growing area to all of our clients. The majority of our clients are military and they understand value, quality and potential for future growth. Our civilian clients are equally well informed about the same.

If you are a golfer like I am then you will also love living in Ewa Beach! Since we are in the warm, dry and sunny area of the island of Oahu, there is an attraction to have a lot of golf courses right here in Ewa Beach.

A list of our golf courses located in Ewa Beach:

1) Hawaii Prince Golf Club home of the Hawaii State Open.

2) Coral Creek Golf Course

3) New Ewa Beach Golf Course (no website)

4) Barbers Point Military Golf Course (civilians welcome if accompanied by a military ID card holder)

5) Westloch Golf Course (operated by the city and county of Honolulu)

6) Ewa Villages Golf Course (operated by the city and county of Honolulu)

7) Hoakalei Country Club and Resort (under construction. Designed by Ernie Els).

Just a bit further to the North on Ft Weaver Road is Royal Kunia Country Club which has fantastic views of Pearl Harbor. Mark Rolfing featured this course on his "Golf Hawaii" television show on the Golf Channel.

Next door to Ewa Beach in the city of Kapolei you will find Ko'olina Golf Club that just hosted the LPGA's Fields Open and also Kapolei Golf Course.

Ocean Pointe and Ewa Gentry are still growing and right now Ewa seems to be one of the newer communites to get a better price for NEWER.

My mom runs all over Ewa golf courses :)

Glad to hear that your mom is still swinging the clubs! That is great for her to do at her age. I wonder if I have ever seen her out on the courses here???

Ewa Beach is really growing. New roads are being built and existing roads are being widened (a little late huh?) to support all of the growth.

The prices in Ewa Beach cannot compare to anywhere else on the island except for the Waianae Coast in terms of price, quality of construction, age of property (almost all built after 1994 with a large portion being built after 1999), price per sf, amenities (central ac, garages rather than carports etc...) and a few others. Many of these amenities that other builders charge you extra for are included in new homes purchased in Ewa Beach. You can take the majority of any home in Ewa Beach and place it anywhere else on the island and the price of that same home will be at least $100,000 more!

A townhouse with 1,100 sf of living space and a 2 car garage in Ewa Beach is running around 400k for brand new and slightly less for resales right now. A similar property in Mililani with a 1 car garage is running close to 500k.

Each person must decide for themselves what they are looking for. If location is the number one important thing to them then may not end up in Ewa Beach but if price, quality, amenities and potential for future growth is important then I will be sure to see them in my neighborhood soon!

Ewa Beach Golf is incredible! I just wish I could play better.
