The US Dollar has reached the lowest in...ever!  Housing prices are falling and homeowners equity is the lowest since 1945!  Homeowner equity is dipping below 50% which is the lowest on RECORD!

Great piece.  I and several of my colleagues have done transactions here in AZ with some Canadian buyers.  It is certainly a great time for many foreign nationals to invest in the U.S.  At a time when so many Americans are struggling agents may want to start marketing themselves overseas and beyond.
