Great post.  I've been checking out your blog and you've got some good stuff.  I'm having trouble getting lenders to give approvals for these increased-limit loans.  How are you doing it?  I work with some of the biggest lenders and they say that they haven't updated their underwriting systems to accept the higher limits.

Kevin, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have not increased it in their systems yet. With that said, you can manually underwriter those loans. We do ours in house, so it makes it better for us.
