FHA conforming loan limits have just been raised in Clark County to
$400,000. This includes Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson,
Mesquite, Overton and Boulder City.
The previous limits were $304,000 in Clark County. With this increase, it
expands the choices available to home buyers in the Las Vegas area. This
increase will remain in effect until December 31, 2008.
