High Cost Temporary Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Loan Limits Are Established The Office of Federal Enterprise Oversight has established the temporary lending limits for certain high cost areas. Follow this link to check what these maximum loan amounts will be for your area. We expect to receive notification from the banks and lending institutions that they are accepting loan applications reflecting these loan limits any time.
