Here we are on the cusp of the busy season...here's MY hot deals for this week: (I made all the titles links - so click it 4 more info and pictures!)

You won't find a better deal - it's totally ready to go today, and I think I'll be putting a "sold" sign on it sooner than later! Can ya help me with that?   For your high roller$ I have...  

Puerta Privada 404 East If you haven't heard, Re/Max took over the resales for Puerta Privada out on Sandy Beach as of February 1st! This is the best priced 2bedroom we have there. It's a little over 1600 sq. ft with AWESOME views of the Sea of Cortez and Old Port. It's partially furnished, but it's totally liveable. The dining table is gone, but there are barstools (and who even uses the dining table anyway?) and some electronics, too (but again, who watches TV while on vacay?) This is THE best priced 2bedroom unit here, and it won't last long!    

Puerta Privada 701 East This is the best priced 3 bedroom we have! It's fully furnished with an awesome wrap around patio and gorgeous views. The two back bedrooms have their own private terrace, and there is an extra 4 feet of space in the great room - it's HUGE! Any client that you have looking for a 3-bedroom will salivate. (or at least ooh and aah a lot)  

Luna Blanca Villa #1 This JUST REDUCED villa at the serene project, Luna Blanca is still up for grabs! People - it's 5600 square feet - closest to the water, it's got an indoor pool for pete's sake! This is a hot listing. It's downright sexy. It's the best priced one here - it's got custom finishes and lots of space for storage-if you have a client that wants a villa, this is the one for them. Period.

How are sales going in Rocky Point?  Are your buyers doing as many cash deals as we are getting on the other side of the border?

Hi Kent! Sales are a little slow - they're few and far between...we're seeing the cash deals on properties that are deeply discounted...we're seeing quite a few folks that need to get out from under their mortgage, and so those assumable developer fi loans are being sold, too...we're hoping for this season to be a busy one!
