Radisson is one of my favorite places to sell Real Estate in Syracuse, NY. My previous experience as a Sales Representative for a large home builder here in Syracuse, NY was based in Radisson. And I learned to love the area, the community, and the people who lived in Radisson...everything about this place was different. I relocated from Rochester, NY to transfer for the company I was with and at first I did not really know the difference between Radisson or Baldwinsville...It was all the same to me, but that soon changed.
Radisson is one of the largest planned communities in NY state and when completed will provide over 3500 homes within its 3000 acres. This community has everything to do for the active families including its own Golf course, playgrounds, pools, ponds, tennis, and over 12 miles of walking paths that stroll you around its natural surroundings.
This place is a great place for all types of buyers and there is a very diverse selection of properties available from apartments, condominiums, townhouses, and large selection of single family residential. There are still a great number of available homesites and builders still working to complete this community.
