1. Testimonials are provided
  2. Logos & Emblems from sound organizations such as Better Business Bureau or Local Chamber of Commerce
  3. Consistent website layout throughout
  4. Clear links that don't mislead
  5. No broken links or broken anything
  6. Website shows up in a variety of places (Remember the 5 touch rule?)
  7. Website talks the language of the visitor
  8. Written to a person not a group, use personal pronouns
  9. Copy is void of superfluous words like "wonderful" and "excellent"
  10. Accurate facts are given, thorough data 
  11. Superior claims are backed with proof or researched documentation

Any other ideas? Please spit 'em out.
