Just as point of reference. Where I am this home would be about 650,000. Further south in Atlanta you would be closer to the 950,000 price.

That home looks beautiful. Reminds me of home, I grew up in Boston. We had mostly Brownstones in the city but that looks like a lot of the older homes in Cambridge, Newton etc.

I LOVE the surprise of the indoor pool with the lodge-type wood ceiling and skylights. And knowing there is snow outside of that scene would, for me create an experience of enchantment. I would want to have a polar bear party (ok, everyone wear white, furry outfits and I'll have dozens of Hostess snowball cakes on hand), or a winter olympics party--- we'll pass the torch and everyone gets recognized and earns a medal. Ok, everyone back in the pool! Beautiful home, dreamy possibilities Judy... I have a feeling this one is not going to last on the market very long.
