If you have not read Attn: Investors! How Would You Like to Be Part of the Hard Money Business part I please read that post first to fully understand how this program will work for you.  Once you have read that post and decided you want to move forward here is what you can expect.

After deciding on whay type of properties and loan amounts that you would finance either on your own or with a group below is an example of what can expect on your first e-mail:

  • FICO 690
  • Loan Amount $1,800,000
  • Loan-To-Value 65%
  • Program Stated Income and Verified Assets
  • X- Amount of Assets have been Verified
  • Paying Investor 12%

The 12% is what you, the Investor would be making on your Secured investment.  How many other investments in today's world are paying 12% with it being secured?  Now the reality is not everyone is liquid enough for that kind of investment. However, as in my first post you can pool your money or set up your comfort level of any set loan amount.

If this sounds like something you are interested in please contact me anytime for more details.
