Evaluate and take action. Allow your team to do their job. That is what they do day in and day out. Put your trust in them and let them do their job. You can't think of this as your home now. Now it is a product for sale. Doll it up and deck it out making it feel welcoming and inviting to potential buyers. Your team will guide you. You want to appeal to the masses! Again dynamic market appeal! It's a must!
