The latest sales statistics for Williamson County have just been released by the Williamson County Association of Realtors. The news is fairly consistent from what we've seen over the last 90 days: home values continue to appreciate, the number of days on the market is steady, and the number of transactions closing is down (all compared to the same month last year).
The net: homes on average appreciated ~3.5% this February over last. The average sale price was $192,193. Sellers are getting about 96% list to sale price (my average over the last six months has been ~99%, with ~28 days on the market).
