The internet has been around for what seems like forever and we are all used to it by now. I do have a problem with one part of this very cool onlineness-Internet-communication thing. You know when you go to a site or web page and you get almost all of the information you need for the project you are working on, all except for that one little piece. So you go to the Contact Us page. Once there, a great site will have the company's address, phone, email address' etc. BUT there are those that only have the email contact and worse yet, some that have the text box for you to write your question into! THEY MAKE ME NUTS! When I need the information, I often need it now!
Okay, thanks, I feel better, but there is more.
I often get emails from Realtors that do not have their contact information at the bottom of the message in the footer. Many of us like to communicate by email and that is great, but there are times I get email on the road and responding by email just will not work! I would hate to think that a client or another Realtor wrote you off because they needed to CALL you and you provided no telephone number for them to do so.
We all HAVE to be VERY available to everyone we touch. If you are not, I assure you that there are ten more Realtors right next to you who are.
Think about it.
