While driving down Cleveland Avenue, I noticed a smaller 16-20 person vehicle taking people
around to view foreclosures I do believe.
It was really a catchy little van, nicely painted and full to the brim with anxious looking
participants/BUYERS looking for that deal.
Perhaps, they'll find exactly what they are looking for....that is IF they know
EXACTLY what they are looking for.
Buyer's need to be very specific about what they are trying to accomplish.
Are they looking for an investment to rent out? Are they going to live in the
home themselves? What specifically is their intended use?
Working with a seasoned Realtor who will ask all of the necessary questions
and assist step by step will assure the outcome desired.
Perhaps, purchasing a foreclosure with countless lender delays may indeed not be
what the buyer really wanted in the first place.
Since each individuals need and desires are unique I pride myself in working with
