Saturday afternoons I used to watch old cowboy movies ~ The Rifleman, Roy Rogers, John Wayne, and so many others.  I loved watching these movies.  So today when I was making my Real Estate Show on land for sale in Riverside County, I chose the Western Music.  I enjoyed listening to it so much that I changed all the  Picture Titles to complement the music :)

I love the tune, it makes me want to get in my car and drive back out to all the Properties I have listed for sale.......but it's 1:30 in the morning, so I think I'll just listen to the show again :)  I hope you like the catchy music.  You can find all the info on these lots on my website www.CellingRealty.com. We get new ones all the time.  The Old West ~ and Land......I don't have a covered wagon for a land rush, but I do have todays technology for Marketing it.

Nannette- why thank you ~ This was fun.  I had been telling my Sellers I should just make a tour of the area, and land that is for sale....so this was that effort.  So happy to see it gave the feeling I wanted :)

Hi Shannon- I am really going to be doing a lot of different Marketing this month, and this was just one of the ideas I had.  So glad you liked it, and the Disclaimer....Thanks :)  Hope everything is well with you, my favorite Naples, Florida REALTOR....see I think Naples, and I see Shannon :)

Lola- Thank you, our area has so much Old West History, and this was a way to share.  I really did change everything to fit the music :)

Fran-"Lash Larue, Sunset Carson, Ken Maynard, Hopalong Cassidy, Tex Ritter, Gene Autry, Wild Bill Hitchcock,"  OK, the only ones I know are Hopalong Cassidy with his Big White Hat, Wild Bill Hitchcock, and Gene Autry.  In fact Gene Autry and Roy Rogers actually owned land in this area.......  Now here's a tidbit for you.....my other office is by Earp, CA.....yep home of Wyatt Earp

Rebecca- Thanks, I like how you said, "just tempting enough to make me want to call "  so that means I accomplished my goal :)

Sally-Good, the more Professionals that provide feedback, the more our clients can get the feeling that this piece accomplishes the goal of Marketing Properties in the area.  Thanks for the feedback. I always respect your opinion :)

Very nice Kathy! You did a fantastic job on this. The music took me back to when I was a little girl and would sit with my dad to watch Bonanza, Gun Smoke and I can't think of the others. I hope you are doing well and have a wonderful weekend.

Kathy,
The music really "fits", great job.   But I must say if I close my eyes, I would be carried back to my childhood and my parents' house.  My Dad is (and always has been) a big western fan and when he was in control of the remote (read....when he was home) there was a western on t.v much to the displeasure of the rest of the family.

Cynthia- Thanks.....I know I loved Westerns, and Saturdays I hated to go outside until Sky King was over ( not a Western), but that same good guy type mentality :) Roy Rogers "Happy Trails to you until we meet again" now how can you beat that........ :) :)

Mara- Why thank you, and hey I had a Quick Draw McGrawStuffie......I gave it to my grown son and it sits on his fireplace :)  Land and Westerns, those are the benefits of my job every day ........
